What Is It About This Podcast?

On each episode I’ll talk to a musician or music educator about why I would like a song others might consider, well, not their cup of tea.  I’m a lover of music, need it every day, and I’ve lived around it all of my life, with my parents and siblings all musically inclined.  I was a drummer and fiddled around on the piano and guitar, not the fiddle though.  My first real job was in retail music and I currently host a weekly radio show in Maine, where I play music from the 1920s to the 2020s, regardless of genre. What I want to do is have some professionals open the hood and tell me what is it about this song?
